The Zen Minion | Foul Mood Fixers

On days when I have a mini-existential crisis in the cube, I counteract the accompanying lethargy and grinch-like mood by doing the following :

1. Stand up and stretch.
2. Sit up straight.
3. Refill my water bottle and hydrate.
4. Retouch.
5. Declutter my desk.

And no matter how awful and hissy I feel, I try to be courteous and kind to the people around me.

Bad days are an inevitable part of minionship. Being a biyatch when it happens need not be.
